Our corporate events include the planning of retreats and conferences for business, social and religious communities. As with our other services we offer our customers the convenience of a package but also the flexibility to customise according to their needs through our a la carte selections.
Retreat & Conference Management
This package is a perfect starting point for the management of small events (max 30 persons) but is fully customisable for larger or more complex conferences. It includes:
In person discovery consultation of up to two hours
Up to two (2) site visits to confirm suitability prior to final venue recommendation
Unlimited vendor referral to include caterer, rentals, AV and sound, décor etc.
Personalised event budget for client
Compilation and assembling of up to 30 standard registration packages (all material to be provided by client)
Retreat management document which details names and contact information for all vendors, emergency contact information and event running order
Handover meeting to include walk-through of the venue
Contact with KISS Event team member throughout event.

o Organising of team building activities both on and off site
o Attendee management inclusive of airport meet and greet
o Organising site seeing activities for attendees
o On site KISS Events team personnel for duration of event

We also offer event design and management for special events such as family reunions, anniversary functions, family fun days etc. As these are very varied in requirements, we do not offer a standard package but encourage our customers to take advantage of our free consultation to discuss their ideas so that a proposal can be crafted according to their needs.
