Month of Coordination
The package for the couple who have completed their wedding planning and need assistance with implementing the details of the day. Our assitance is good as the information we receive.  As such, we like to begin meeting with the couple early to ensure that the wedding day will be seamless!* 

• An initital meeting with the the bride and groom to review the wedding details including the vision for the ceremony and reception, developing a timeline and vendor contracts.
• At least 2 additional face to face meetings.
• Unlimited email and phone calls.
• Communicate and confirm all details with all vendors.
• Extensive wedding weekend timeline prepared exclusively for the couple.
• Communicate and confirm all details with all members of the wedding party. 
• Coordinate rehearsal.
• Coordinate wedding day including organizing the receipt of all vendor deliveries, orchestrating the ceremony, receipt of gifts and make sure the reception flows smoothly.
• Break down at the end of the evening.
• Two experienced coordinators.
• Ensure that the bride, groom and all guests have a wonderful time!  

*If your wedding day is closer than a month or two away, don't worry!  We have assisted in weddings with a 2 day turn around!

Finishing Touches
The package for the couple who have completed some of their wedding planning and needs assistance with completing their plans. 

• Meet with the bride and groom to discuss their wedding day vision, determine what details have been completed and those which need to be executed.
• Research additional vendors as needed for the bride and groom.
• Complete all items listed in the Day of Coordination package.

Complete Coordination
The perfect plan for couples who are too busy to plan or just don't know where to begin.

• Numerous meetings with the bride and groom to ascertain their visions for their wedding day.
• Assist the bride and groom in developing and maintaining a budget.
• Conduct research for possible vendors who will meet their bride and groom's needs.
• Negotiate contracts with all vendors.
• Includes all services as part of the Finishing Touches and Day of Coordination packages.
